Live The Dash Tours, LLC (referred to in this Privacy Statement as “Live The Dash”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us. Below is our privacy policy that applies to livethedashtours.com, ltdtours.com or any site (referred to in this privacy policy as the “site”) owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Live The Dash. This site is intended for use by persons who are 18 years of age or older. By using this site or communicating via telephone or otherwise with Live The Dash, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this site.
Information we collect:
Live The Dash may collect personal information such as names, company names, titles, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and payment information (such as credit card numbers) from users on a voluntary basis. Live The Dash automatically collects some information about your computer when you visit www.livethedashtours.com and www.ltdtours.com.

Live The Dash will share your information with the outside suppliers (such as guides, travel companies, hotels, insurance companies, equipment suppliers, and credit card processing entities, etc.) who perform services on our behalf. Live The Dash uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. When you begin the transaction process, you will move into the secure area of our site. A warning window may pop up to notify you that you are entering this “safe” area. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire transaction process.
We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information we hold in our records, but we cannot guarantee 100% security.
